رابطه نظریه ذهن و ترس از موفقیت با میانجی‌گری سبک‌های تصمیم‌گیری در معلمان

چکیده

پیشینه و اهداف: توانایی درک و پیش‌بینی حالات ذهنی دیگران (نظریه ذهن) به‌عنوان یکی از مؤلفه‌های کلیدی شناخت اجتماعی، نقش تعیین‌کننده‌ای در تعاملات حرفه‌ای معلمان ایفا می‌کند. از سوی دیگر، ترس از موفقیت به‌عنوان مانعی روان‌شناختی می‌تواند بر کیفیت تصمیم‌گیری‌های آموزشی تأثیر منفی بگذارد. این پژوهش با درنظرگرفتن نقش واسطه‌ای سبک‌های تصمیم‌گیری، به بررسی رابطه نظام‌مند بین نظریه ذهن و ترس از موفقیت در میان معلمان می‌پردازد تا از این طریق بتواند راهکارهای عملی برای بهبود فرایندهای تصمیم‌گیری در محیط‌های آموزشی ارائه دهد. روش‌ها‌: روش پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی با مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه معلمان اداره آموزش‌وپرورش شهر گرگان در سال 1404 بود که از این میان تعداد 302 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس به‌عنوان نمونه وارد پژوهش شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل آزمون تجدید نظر شده ذهن‌خوانی از طریق چشم‌ها (بارون - کوهن و همکاران، 2001) و پرسشنامه‌های ترس از موفقیت (زاکرمن و آلیسون، 1979) و سبک‌های تصمیم‌گیری عمومی (اسکات و بروس، 1995) بود. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که ذهن‌خوانی از طریق سبک‌های تصمیم‌گیری منطقی (13/0- =β)، شهودی (08/0- =β) و وابستگی (22/0 =β) به طور غیرمستقیم بر ترس از موفقیت تأثیر معنادار دارد. هم‌چنین نظریه ذهن با ترس از موفقت و همه‌ی سبک‌های تصمیم‌گیری بجز سبک تصمیم‌گیری اجتنابی رابطه معناداری دارد. ترس از موفقیت نیز با تمامی سبک‌های تصمیم‌گیری رابطه معناداری دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که تقویت توانایی‌های نظریه ذهن در معلمان می‌تواند به کاهش ترس از موفقیت و بهبود سبک‌های تصمیم‌گیری آنان منجر شود؛ لذا آموزش مهارت‌های شناخت اجتماعی و تصمیم‌گیری منطقی می‌تواند به‌عنوان راهکاری مؤثر در کاهش موانع روان‌شناختی موفقیت در محیط‌های آموزشی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. این مطالعه بر ضرورت توجه به عوامل شناختی - اجتماعی در برنامه‌ریزی‌های آموزشی و توسعه حرفه‌ای معلمان تأکید می‌کند.

Background and Objectives: The ability to understand and predict others' mental states, known as Theory of Mind (ToM), is a key component of social cognition and plays a decisive role in teachers' professional interactions. Conversely, fear of success is a psychological barrier that can negatively impact the quality of educational decision-making. Considering the mediating role of decision-making styles, this study systematically investigates the relationship between Theory of Mind and fear of success among teachers, aiming to provide practical strategies for improving decision-making processes in educational environments. Methods: This research employed a descriptive-correlational design with structural equation modeling. The statistical population consisted of all teachers in the Gorgan Education Department in 2025 (1404 Iranian calendar). A sample of 302 teachers was selected through convenience sampling. Research instruments included the Revised Reading the Mind in the Eyes Test (Baron-Cohen et al., 2001), the Fear of Success Scale (Zuckerman & Allison, 1979), and the General Decision-Making Styles Questionnaire (Scott & Bruce, 1995). Findings: Results indicated that Theory of Mind indirectly and significantly affects fear of success through logical (β = -0.13), intuitive (β = -0.08), and dependent (β = 0.22) decision-making styles. Additionally, Theory of Mind showed significant correlations with fear of success and all decision-making styles except avoidant style. Fear of success was also significantly correlated with all decision-making styles. Conclusion: The findings suggest that enhancing Theory of Mind abilities in teachers can reduce fear of success and improve their decision-making styles. Therefore, training in social cognition skills and rational decision-making may serve as an effective approach to mitigate psychological barriers to success in educational settings. This study emphasizes the necessity of integrating cognitive-social factors into educational planning and teacher professional development programs.
